The staffs were pleasant & polite. The comfort room was cool and fantastic with a king bed. My checkin was the best.

Every detail was perfect and I loved it. The restaurant was good with good service and healthy food;)))

I loved staff and rooms, good value. My room included a mini fridge bar, a writing desk, an iron and ironing board.

The room was huge with a very comfortable bed.

The property is fairly clean with a nice design, and the buffet breakfast is varied. Cosy units and amicable staff.

In a handy position with an absolutely gorgeous hills view. Super supportive staff, they was willing to help.

Its nicely decorated with exceptionally comfortable beds.

The place was neat and staff were COURTEOUS, I enjoyed perfect location. Plentiful continental breakfast, it cost me gbp 13 per person. A superb base for holidays in Bilbao. I used private parking nearby.

Very very clean, lovely central hotel, I loved silent rooms and extremely helpful staff. Breakfast was good with lots of food! Close to a supermarket and stores in Bilbao.

It's an ideal place to stay! A fabulous base for exploring Bilbao. Staff were all very helpful. Right by the hotel there are restaurants and cafes.

This Silken Indautxu is not comparable. Outside terrace was included. We loved fast food restaurant Meat & Soul, situated 500 metres away from the hotel❤

There was a tiny bar on site. We enjoyed silken indautxu. Lovely place for a holiday in Bilbao...
